Project Summary
Charaden Meadows is a phased rural residential development with stormwater management, telephone and natural gas. The first five phases of the project have rural cross-section roads, however, phases 6, 7 and all future phases will include urban cross-section roads.
The project utilized Arrow’s expertise in Project Management, Engineering Design of subdivision servicing and Highway Intersection, Approvals, Construction Support and post-construction services.
