Project Summary
Hilltop East is an industrial subdivision located in southeast Whitecourt, Alberta. The construction of the subdivision was divided into ten phases; the first six phases were completed before 2012. Arrow Engineering was retained to develop phase 7 and 8 which includes water, a sanitary sewer system, roads, site grading components and franchise utilities.
