Kamyar Pooyeh contributes to Arrow’s Mechanical team as a Building Performance Analyst. He is relied upon to support Project Managers in the delivery of building energy modeling for LEED and NECB compliance, thermal bridging calculations and energy audits. He thrives off the experience he gains in the variety of Mechanical projects he contributes to and enjoys expanding his knowledge through collaboration with all of the various engineering disciplines.
Ray Hjelmeland brings to Arrow more than 15 years of industry experience working for an electrical contractor. Prior to joining Arrow, he worked as a designer where he applied his practical knowledge of electrical installations and cross-discipline coordination. In his years of experience, Ray has developed a strong understanding of the dynamics between clients, consultants, and contractors, and utilizes this to challenge his team to achieve the best possible outcome for the client. While his main focus has been on lighting design, he also has extensive knowledge of distribution, CHP, life safety and communication systems.
Winston joins Arrow’s Mechanical team with over 12 years of experience in Mechanical design. He works with Arrow’s Project Managers and fellow technologists to review and prepare drawings that align with Arrow’s standards and our client’s expectations.
His wealth of experience in AutoCAD and Revit is an asset on our team and is a knowledge resource to other technologists. Winston has experience throughout Alberta and the North; and he has worked on a variety of projects in the healthcare, education, industrial, recreation and government sectors, and more.
Darrell is a tenant service specialist in Arrow’s Mechanical group. He has been consulting in the tenant renovation field for over 35 years. He designs mechanical building systems and provides contract administration and project management for all types of tenant retrofits.
He provides design services for all types of tenants including offices, restaurants, retail stores, major computer data centres, medical and dental clinics, as well as food courts in major shopping centres. Darrell takes pride in being the base engineering consultant for tenant revisions in a number of large facilities across Edmonton. As a senior member of our mechanical engineering group, Darrell is looked to for guidance and mentorship. He plays an integral role for our group.
Reggie Nicolas is an experienced mechanical engineer with over 18 years of relevant industry experience behind him. Reggie is passionate about green build initiatives and is experienced in the design of many renewable and sustainable technologies. Many of the projects Reggie has worked on were designed utilizing LEED and/or Green Globes Programs. He is a positive contributor to the collaborative design team environment and applies a proactive approach to the development and delivery of projects.
Molly Zhou acts as a Mechanical Designer within Arrow’s Mechanical team. As a designer, Molly works on the design of mechanical systems, including plumbing and fire protection for projects throughout sectors ranging from commercial, mixed-use and industrial buildings.
Molly enjoys working closely with fellow professionals, and the various challenges and design processes posed by unique projects.
Gloria Hsu contributes to Arrow’s Mechanical team as a Project Manager. As a CET, Gloria leans into her technical expertise in Mechanical systems design to create efficient, sustainable solutions for our clients.
With over 30 years of experience in Mechanical design and a focus on HVAC, Gloria works shoulder to shoulder with Arrow’s Mechanical designers and technologists to translate client requirements into the final design. Gloria enjoys the opportunity to delve into a wide array of facilities with the end goal of user satisfaction.
Enya Wu contributes to Arrow’s Electrical team as a designer, and works alongside Project Managers to ensure that client expectations are translated into AutoCAD or REVIT drawings. Within her role, Enya develops and provides lighting layouts and control systems, power distribution systems and sizing, life safety, security and more for a variety of commercial, educational, health care and multi-family buildings.
Alistair Siewert joins Arrow Saskatoon with over 30 years as a Senior Mechanical Technologist and Project Manager. During that time Alistair’s experience has included work in all areas of industrial, electrical, mechanical and municipal disciplines and CAD management.
Alistair contributes to our Arrow’s Saskatoon Branch as a Senior Project Manager, and is responsible for mechanical design, drafting and project management. Relying on his decades of experience, Alistair is able to work closely with clients, aligning project design to their expectations, budgets and design requirements.
