Alistair Siewert joins Arrow Saskatoon with over 30 years as a Senior Mechanical Technologist and Project Manager. During that time Alistair’s experience has included work in all areas of industrial, electrical, mechanical and municipal disciplines and CAD management.
Alistair contributes to our Arrow’s Saskatoon Branch as a Senior Project Manager, and is responsible for mechanical design, drafting and project management. Relying on his decades of experience, Alistair is able to work closely with clients, aligning project design to their expectations, budgets and design requirements.
Joe Guimaraes acts as one of Arrow’s valued field consultants and has been with Arrow since 2013. As a key member of Arrow’s Electrical team, Joe works closely with teams throughout construction administration, overseeing Arrow’s work as it is translated into the built environment. Joe acts as our ‘eyes on the ground’ throughout construction, and has earned the respect and cooperation of many of our clients through regular face to face interaction and his orientation towards collaboration. Joe’s experience as a Journeyman Electrician helps him to lend a keen eye to quality throughout the construction process.
Greg Kroening acts as a Senior Advisor to Arrow’s Mechanical team. Greg holds responsibility for overall service delivery and mechanical engineering operations at Arrow Engineering in collaboration with Arrow’s other Mechanical team leads. Greg formed Kroening Consultants Ltd. in 1979 and since that time has gained increased responsibility as a Senior Manager and Project Engineer. In 2008, the Kroening Consultants team joined forces with Arrow Engineering, to form an even stronger presence in Edmonton.
The diverse experience Greg has acquired during his career has equipped him with the skills required to deliver projects economically without sacrificing quality. He maintains a policy of fairness and spirit of cooperation, and has gained much respect within the community. Greg is known for sharing his expertise and knowledge as a Project Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer toward the success of a wide variety of projects. Greg’s significant experience and depth of knowledge make him an invaluable member of our team.
Robert Prybysh brings over twenty years of mechanical engineering experience in a vast number of industry sectors to our team in his role as Chief Mechanical Engineer, and is one of Arrow’s founding partners. Robert’s responsibility and experience include the overall management and design of mechanical systems for building and civil projects, drawing review, and the preparation of and revisions to schematic designs and equipment specifications.
Robert is known for his constant pursuit of knowledge and dedication to mentorship. He is a Doctor of Philosophy in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management. He completed his Ph.D at the University of Alberta where he is a sessional instructor, teaching the next generation of Engineers.
Within Arrow’s walls, Robert works hard to mentor and teach Arrow’s team, and positions himself at the centre of the office, working shoulder to shoulder with Arrow’s design teams and guiding them towards design excellence. Robert’s involvement as Chief Engineer means that there are few Mechanical projects that he has not touched or been involved with in some fashion; this level of experience means Robert can lend an exceptionally well-rounded and thorough review to Arrow’s design work.
James Liu is a Project Manager with Arrow’s Mechanical Engineering team. A member of our group since 2008, his broad experience includes the design of mechanical systems for a multitude of different buildings. James’ education and ongoing development in mechanical engineering ensures that clients benefit from his knowledge of advanced technologies.
James is recognized for his ability to work diligently, providing responsive and appropriate design solutions, while working in a conscientious and collaborative manner with clients and project team members. A well respected member of our team, James enjoys the entire project experience, from inception, working through various project challenges and achievements, toward completion.
Wes Bullock is a key member of Arrow’s Electrical team in his role as Senior Project Manager and Senior Engineer. As a professional engineer, Wes is responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, all while providing mentorship and guidance to Arrow’s design team.
Known as a source of extensive knowledge and experience, Wes acts as a design resource to Arrow’s designers and technicians, provides detailed engineering design, and applies comprehensive code reviews to projects. Wes remains involved in projects from design through to construction, and creates designs based off of thorough site assessments and his understanding of client and end-user requirements. Wes works hand-in hand with Arrow’s design team, to ensure that client and design expectations are understood and flow through to design; Wes’ exceptional understanding of code and understanding of overall project goals help him to provide quality assurance to Arrow’s clients.
Wes is recognized for his talent in fire alarm designs and is leaned upon for his extensive knowledge of ever-changing electrical code; he strives to be at the forefront of any changes and to apply them to Arrow’s designs. An exceptionally solutions-oriented member of Arrow’s team, Wes explains that “as an engineer, I love not only solving complex problems, but coming up with solutions to both technical and code-related challenges”.
Dave Rose brings over three decades of experience to our Electrical team through his experience in commercial, industrial and residential electrical installations. With a background as an electrical contractor, Dave brings comprehensive knowledge and perspective to the review of designs, pricing, costing and analysis to enhance the delivery of quality of electrical installations.
Dave has a keen interest in the application of the latest energy-efficient systems to reinforce sustainable design initiatives, including solar, LED and automatic controls.
Dave is a respected and valued member of our team, and continuously contributes to the success of Arrow and our clients. Often seen collaborating with Arrow’s emerging designers and project managers, Dave is recognized as a mentor and valued partner throughout the design and construction process.
Vito Leka is a Senior Designer with our Mechanical team and has been with Arrow since our inception. Vito’s impressive experience includes auto dealerships, educational facilities, and residential developments. Vito’s attention to detail and extensive experience make him an excellent addition to any project team he is a part of.
Arrow is extremely lucky to have Vito as a resource when working on such projects that might involve incredible hours. Focused on becoming an expert in his field, he willingly offers to mentor those interested in learning about new software and current advancements in Design. Vito is always willing to offer a smile or kind words to his colleagues, and works hard to ensure that success is shared by everyone.
Tracy has been a member of the Arrow team since 2012. She is a valued member of our Corporate Services Team, demonstrating excellent integrity and organization in her work. Tracy has been working in her field for over 25 years, delivering administrative support, accounting, and the coordination of office operations. Tracy is a wonderful example of Arrow’s friendly and efficient culture, and is always willing to go the extra mile to help her colleagues out.

Robin Reid is a long-standing member of the Arrow team and contributes to our team as Arrow’s Vice President, Corporate Services. In this dynamic role, Robin works to understand and drive value for Arrow’s customers.
Robin is trained and heavily invested in Lean values and thinking, and has extensive experience as a Mechanical P.Eng. and former Project Manager. Drawing from this experience, Robin applies Lean theory to Arrow’s design and project delivery processes to optimize our current operations.
Day-to-day, Robin promotes and oversees Arrow’s culture of Continuous Improvement, supporting staff in Lean training and associated initiatives. Robin has a vested interest in design standards and began his career at Arrow as a Design Engineer, where he became involved in developing Arrow’s CAD Standards. Today, Robin is known for his drive and conscientious nature and is valued for his ability to go from micro to macro in the pursuit of value for our clients.
