Marco Juarez

Marco Juarez is an experienced Intermediate Designer and a valued member of our Electrical division. Marco has more than 15 years of design experience with focus on lighting / power distribution, emergency / communications / security / fire alarm systems, and Underground Residential Distribution (URD), including shallow utilities. Marco’s involvement in projects includes but not limited to residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, recreation, transportation, and government buildings.

Marco is recognized for his ability to work diligently and in collaboration with project team members in order to address the specific requirements of each assignment. Marco’s experience, diligence and design skills make him an valuable member of any project team he is assigned to, and he is a proud member of the Arrow team.

In the role of Project Administrator, Karen makes a broad contribution to Arrow’s project performance success through a variety of responsibilities.  These include project administration tasks and activities that support the engineering document management process and reinforce Arrow’s standards and procedures for document quality / control. Within her role, Karen interacts with both internal and external clients on an ongoing basis.

With over 30 years’ experience working in the industry, Karen has developed a passion for Book Specifications.  She thrives on meeting the challenge that comes with ensuring a high degree of professionalism and quality in the final product outcome.

Jing has been a team member of Arrow since 2006 and is an integral member of Arrow’s Mechanical team. As a Designer, Jing supports the development and delivery of building mechanical projects during all stages of the project, working alongside Arrow’s project management team. Jing is regarded as an excellent technical resource to all aspects of project delivery and works very efficiently in her role. Her positive and bright attitude make her a pleasure to work alongside, and Jing exemplifies a spirit which is highly valued amongst her teammates.

Jarad Watson has been a member of our Mechanical team since 2010 and acts as one of our accomplished Project Managers and CET. Jarad has amassed an impressive range of project experience that includes many complex projects requiring a quick turnaround.

Known by his teammates to be reliable, diligent and talented, Jarad applies his extensive mechanical knowledge to manage projects like multi-unit residential builds, commercial projects, schools and more. Jarad is highly ambitious, and his conscientious nature makes him an excellent partner in collaborative projects.

Christopher Rojo has been a member of the Arrow team since 2012, and is a graduate of the Engineering Design and Drafting Technology program at NAIT. Christopher works within Arrow’s mechanical team as a CAD design technician, and collaborates with Senior mechanical team members on some of Arrow’s most renowned and complex projects.

Chris is a dedicated team player who is known in our office for his perpetual smile and helpful demeanor – he is a true embodiment of the culture we strive to maintain here at Arrow. His helpful spirit and orientation towards shared success make Christopher a valued addition to the Arrow team, and to any project team he is assigned to.

Carol Brown brings over 20 years of experience to Arrow in her role as accounting assistant, and works alongside our Accounting Team. Carol is known for her bright and cheerful manner, and is always willing to pitch in and lend a hand to her colleagues.

Brad Kemp is one of  our Electrical teams’ emerging young engineers. As a Design Engineer Brad works closely with our Project Managers to understand the vision of our clients and convey this to practical, efficient systems designs.  Brad is known as a quick learner who applies logic to any design hurdle he’s confronted with, he is diligent in the pursuit of project and client success, and his even-keel nature makes him an easy-to-work with team member.

With a focus on collaboration, Brad is known to pitch in at any stage in a project to get it over the finish line, and is a trusted member of our Electrical team.

Alex Gavinchuk is an experienced Designer within our Mechanical team, and one of Arrow’s original team members. Alex has well over fifteen years in the Mechanical industry, and is well versed in the delivery of  projects through a variety of projects sectors, including Educational facilities, Corporate and Industrial Offices, and Mixed-Use spaces.

Alex is known as a dedicated team player within our walls, and helps to maintain much of Arrow’s award winning culture. Alex’s willingness to jump in and lend a helping hand to his teammates make him a trusted partner on any project he is a part of.

Whit joined Arrow in 2012 at our office in Saskatoon, SK. His project experience includes the design of mechanical systems for assisted living, education, healthcare, professional / office buildings and retail. Whit has been an excellent contributor to the success of Arrow’s office in Saskatoon, and continually strives to construct a great culture, and atmosphere within. Taking on new projects and advancing the Saskatoon Office, Whit plays an important role with Arrow and our many successes.

Justin has been a member of our Arrow Saskatoon team since 2013. A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan’s Electrical Engineering program, Justin’s experience and skills includes power systems modeling and analysis, project management, detailed design, tendering and overseeing construction administration. With his years of experience, focus, and skills, Justin is a valuable addition to any project team.
