Robert Prybysh brings over twenty years of mechanical engineering experience in a vast number of industry sectors to our team in his role as Chief Mechanical Engineer, and is one of Arrow’s founding partners. Robert’s responsibility and experience include the overall management and design of mechanical systems for building and civil projects, drawing review, and the preparation of and revisions to schematic designs and equipment specifications.
Robert is known for his constant pursuit of knowledge and dedication to mentorship. He is a Doctor of Philosophy in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management. He completed his Ph.D at the University of Alberta where he is a sessional instructor, teaching the next generation of Engineers.
Within Arrow’s walls, Robert works hard to mentor and teach Arrow’s team, and positions himself at the centre of the office, working shoulder to shoulder with Arrow’s design teams and guiding them towards design excellence. Robert’s involvement as Chief Engineer means that there are few Mechanical projects that he has not touched or been involved with in some fashion; this level of experience means Robert can lend an exceptionally well-rounded and thorough review to Arrow’s design work.
