Parkland CLASS required a new administrative building on an existing 11-ha school site in the City of Red Deer. The goal of the project was to support services for children and adults with disabilities. Arrow’s involvement included the initial site survey, preparing designs for the sanitary sewer and the water main servicing the site, and the site grading and stormwater management design. For the servicing options, Arrow looked at a variety of city trunk mains in the vicinity of the site.
