Arrow was involved with the site owner’s builder for the civil site design of the 3.25-acre site. Services include sanitary and water main servicing from existing municipal mains, as well as site grading and stormwater management with on-site detention to restrict any site run-off contributions to pre-development rates. Arrow’s role was further extended to include the initial topographic survey of the site which helped establish existing grades and confirm the limit of area wetlands. Other services included executing a legal survey to assist with the subdivision of the lot from the larger parcel and creating the construction layout to set key elevations for rough grading.
