Arrow Engineering was involved in the development of the Eaux Claire Stage 20 subdivision servicing for two AC multi-family sites and 11 residential lots with residential collector roadways. The sites included a sanitary sewer trunk main, a water trunk main, interim and permanent storm sewer mains, an interim stormwater management facility and franchise utilities.

Arrow Engineering’s engagement with the project included project management, coordination between the adjacent landowners and the city of Edmonton, rezoning, subdivision and right of way plan registrations, approval of engineering drawings and construction services.
