Arrow Engineering was involved in the development of the Eaux Claires Stage 23 for the planning and engineering services for a multi-family site and residential lots. The sites included a residential collector, a sanitary sewer trunk main, a water trunk main, interim and permanent storm sewer mains, an interim stormwater management facility, and franchise utilities.

The project applied Arrow’s expertise in Project Management, Land Use Planning, Re-zoning, Road Closures, Subdivision Applications, Neighbourhood Structure Plan amendments, Neighbourhood Design Report amendments and Interim Servicing Report Coordination with adjacent landowners.
