Arrow was chosen as civil engineering consultants on this project due to its expertise in sustainable land development, stormwater management, municipal servicing and project management. Arrow’s involvement in the project consisted of assisting the owner and architect through the City of Edmonton Land Development Application (LDA) approval processes as well as the off-site water and sanitary sewer servicing of the site. The site development services included identifying right-or-ways owners, obtaining pipeline and right-of-way crossing and proximity agreements, supervising the design and construction of the site grading, surface improvements, servicing, stormwater management and stormwater pumping system.
