Lacombe Market Square is a mixed-use commercial, industrial, and residential development expanding across 150 acres of land in Lacombe, Alberta. The project required changes to the land use planning through an Area Structure Plan amendment, Outline Plan preparation and Land Use Bylaw amendment. Arrow Engineering utilized their experience in land development, planning, and engineering services for the project. They acquired approvals and successfully facilitated the construction of stormwater management facilities, municipal infrastructure pipeline crossings and signalized highway intersections.
