The Mosaic Centre is Alberta’s first net-zero commercial building. Arrow undertook the civil engineering design and construction survey layout for this groundbreaking project and implemented numerous innovative initiatives. Initiatives included rainwater harvesting to irrigate on-site gardens that grow vegetables for the restaurant, a rain garden to mitigate runoff from the site while enhancing the landscaping, and geothermal heating and electrical solar panels.
