Points West Living, Lloydminster is the first of its kind in Lloydminster, offering a unique continuing-care environment to residents. Comprised of five ‘cottages’, each with 12 one-bedroom suites, Points West Living, Lloydminster offers a comfortable, homey atmosphere. Arrow’s Mechanical team worked alongside Goldbar Mechanical Contactors and the Rockliff Pierzchajlo team to deliver the design of functional, sustainable mechanical systems to this 56,000 SF, 60-unit facility. Amenities included within Points West Living, Lloydminster include a group events space, a dining area, commercial kitchen, a laundry room, a living room and more.

Our design team was tasked with sustainable design considerations, as this building is a LEED Canada-NC 1.0 certified facility and has achieved LEED Silver.  The Arrow team successfully worked alongside the rest of the project team to achieve sustainable standards.
