The Botanica mixed-use residential project demonstrates the capabilities of Arrow’s Mechanical and Electrical teams in the delivery of integrated engineering services throughout the delivery of a long-term, phased project.

The Botanica is intended to deliver a high standard of community-inspired living to residents of the City of St. Albert, boasting spectacular views and proximity to many of St. Albert’s amenities. Intended to honour the legacy of the Hole Family, Botanica was designed to create an environment which allows occupants to enjoy the outdoors with proximity to St. Albert’s renowned riverfront space.

Working collaboratively with Boudreau Developments, Arrow’s Mechanical and Electrical teams worked to deliver a new standard of design in luxury condominium living to residents of St. Albert. Botanica includes a two-storey Central Hall Lobby, complete with a water and botanical tribute to the late Lois Hole, a rooftop terrace, approximately 280 luxury single and two-bedroom units, a two-storey health and wellness centre and underground parkade.

Arrow’s Electrical team is currently in the midst of designing Botanica Phase II. Botanica Phase II is comprised of 118 units, along with three levels of underground parkade, and is located on the site of the original Botanica development in St. Albert, AB. Botanica Phase II is intended to deliver the same standard of luxury that Botanica Phase I has become known for.
