The Seymour Pacific Head Office project demonstrates the skills and creativity of our Mechanical and Electrical teams in the delivery of integrated services for large-scale office projects.

Working alongside the Seymour Pacific team, our mechanical and electrical divisions collaborated in the design of this striking four-storey office building, located in Campbell River, BC. The Seymour Pacific office contains open-concept cubicles located in the centre of the building, surrounded by offices around the perimeter, along with an underground parkade, which contains a full kitchen and dumbwaiter service to the third-floor cafeteria. Acting as the hub for Seymour staff and management, this office design required a comfortable and efficient environment for hundreds of Seymour employees.

Our mechanical team worked to accommodate for heating and cooling requirements, ventilation supply and exhaust, a fire sprinkler systems and the server room design.

Arrow’s Electrical team worked to design the building and site lighting layouts, utility coordination and site servicing, fire alarm design, and communications infrastructure.
