Arrow was involved in this project as a response to challenges faced by the Yellowhead County and its prime consultant, Alastair Cockburn Architects, in providing a state of the art municipal services center on a rural, unserved parcel of land. Arrow assisted with the project by providing the engineering design, project management, approvals, provisions for a future truck fill station, site servicing, stormwater management, site grading and on-site sanitary sewage system. Other services included performing surveying and construction inspection services for a 1-km extension of an off-site water main adjacent to a high voltage power main.
